The toner on my printed QR code cards does not get fixed properly. What do I do wrong?
Make sure to apply the correct printer settings for the paper type, e.g. cardboard paper. Then your printer will apply a higher temperature, which is necessary for thicker paper.

What do the pages look like that you land on when you scan such a QR code?
You can inspect and test these pages as demo versions. All you upload on these demo pages is not saved by photasky or anyone else.

Can the QR code of a photo task be scanned more than once?
The QR code of a photo task can be scanned as often as required. Scanning itself does not "do" anything, but the user is first redirected to a page where he/she can Leave a guestbook entry/solve photo tasks.
Do I have to install any special app for photasky?
No, photasky is a pure web app. Which means: It works without any installation of anything in more or less every modern browser on every internet device. Scanning of QR codes requires a device equipped with a camera, and able to process QR codes. This applies to close to all modern smartphones. If this is not the case, you can find various apps in your App Store/on Google Play if you search for 'QR Code Scanner'.

What about guests not belonging to the group of, let's say, 'digital natives'?
Of course! First, the page for submitting guestbook entries/photo task solutions is made easy and straightforward to understand (here you find a preview version for testing). However, if there are any problems, experience has shown that guests are happy to help each other.
Is there a maximum length for the submissions?
Comments can have arbitrary length. Videos and voice messages maximum 10 minutes.
Can a photo task be answered by several guests? In other words, can several guests use the same QR code?
This is possible without any problems! The solutions (photos) are saved separately for each guest.

Who can see the guestbook entries/solutions to the photo tasks?
They can only be read by the owner of the corresponding account, or the owner of an account to which the activity has been transferred. This can be done especially from Maid of Honor/Best man to the bridal couple. This means that no guest who would later scan a QR code can see solutions/guestbook entries that have already been saved. Exception: The guest has agreed that their photos and other media can be shown live on the photasky tablet at the event.
How does bridal couple/birthday child/... get access to the guestbook entries/completed photo tasks if I create the account?
It is possible for you to transfer any activity (guestbook/photo task set) to another account. Therefore, it is necessary to add the bridal bridal couple's/

How long will the photos remain available?
With photasky Premium for an unlimited period of time ― even years later. In the free basic version, photos are deleted after 6 months.
